Sandra Murinska

Assistant professor and researcher at Rezekne Academy of Technologies, Master's degree in Philology, PhD in Communication Science, as well as a professional Bachelor's degree in the study programme "Latvian Language Teacher".

She supervises courses in media studies and communication and researches issues related to regional media, mass communication and media literacy.

She has implemented several media literacy projects for school students, conducted media literacy training for teachers and librarians, and participated as an expert in the development of Latvian language curriculum and media literacy materials.
