Klinta Ločmele

Klinta Ločmele - Media Literacy Expert, Head of the IREX Baltic Media Literacy Program at the University of Latvia. 

Dr.sc.comm. Klinta Locmele lectures several study courses related to communication, media and media literacy issues at the University of Latvia and Vidzeme University of Applied Sciences, leads media literacy education projects and practical media literacy trainings for different groups of society. She has also worked on media issues from a professional and policy-making perspective, having previously worked in the Media Policy Division and in journalism at the Ministry of Culture.
